Popping noise up front

My 18 has A 6 inch lift RC. 1000 miles on lift. Took it to the shop and let them check everything and they stated that they didn’t know what it was. The person I normally talk to was off. Any ideas? Nothing was loose. Does it turning right in a dip or going side ways in a dip. The dip is like at stop signs or turning on to another road. Thanks for the help.

 

Make sure they defiantly go completely threw it .Torque everything back down .I had this same thing not long after we did mine .Went threw it all again .And it stoped. I think some of it was coming from. The drop its self .At the top. Also have them check the tie rod ends making sure they are really tight .

 

They went back Thur and torqued everything. I was in the shop watching them. I can feel in it my floor board. After I put my grab bar on one my friends was trying to make it do it in my driveway but couldn’t. I call them today and see what they say. Thanks dude!! I expect some noises off road but not on .But I know for sure my tie rod ends where a little loose also .Floor board still sounds lile on of the drop brackets a little loose .

 

I have over 35,000 thousand miles on mine no issues whatsoever. Just throwing something out there could you have a bad sway bar link.

Interested in this. I have something similar with my 08, but haven't been able to pinpoint it. I thought it might have been the upper or lower ball joints, but both of those look good. Doesn't do it every time, and is definitely coming from the passenger side.

 

Ok shop has to cut the nibble off the bump stop on A arm.

 

Off of that steering stop ? Or ? Not seeing what they are going to cut.

 

If you can zoom in the clear coat is wore off. It’s the steering stop.
