Do u really need a 4" lift? U can run 35's on a 3" lift. And for the money, lots of high quality 3" lifts out there like Icon, OME, Toytec Boss, King and others, that are way better than that RC lift.
Never been a fan of Rough Country stuff (unless its on an old square body chevy). If u wanna go big, do the BDS 7". I didnt spend alot on my lift. Its a 3/1.5 from LRO. I didnt wanna drop lots of $$. I dont offroad much a so im fine with the spacers. Plus i change vehicles about every 3 or 4 years.

We sell and install both... The 4 and 6 are very similar, as many of them are the same, with the exception of a preload coil spacer for the front, to give it the extra 2". Why are you looking for 4" particularly?

anything over 3.5 is a bracket lift. You can get 35's or even 37's on anything that's at least leveled... Whats your end goal here?

Please explain your displeasure for Rough Country. I like the input, because we sell many lift kits, most of which are RC. We also sell BDS, Procomp, and Fabtech... We sell other brands for leveling, but for bracket lifts, that's primarily what we deal with. I hear a lot about RC lifts, but the general consensus has no idea why they don't like RC, just what they heard, or what someone had 20yrs ago on their old Jeep. A lot has changed since then. I know their tech support, dealer support, and sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They stand behind their warranty, and are one of the most hassle-free dealers I work with.

Simple, im not a fan of bracket lifts or lifting an IFS vehicle over 3". That's why i stated in my opinion, that RC lifts are ok with me, as they tend to be simpler, as in springs/blocks for older solid axle vehicles. If you want to argue with me that RC lifts are better than King or Icon, thats your prerogative, but agree to disagree.

Not that your supposed to. But the icon 58650 coilovers with a 700lb eibach spring will get you 4”. Yes I know it’s 0.5” past spec. Just saying

3" and 35s, even 3" with 37s. It also depends on how you want to use it.

I never said anything about KIng or Icon... I was talking about bracket lifts. I'm not arguing that RC is better than any other bracket lift... I just don't think they are any worse either. If he wants 4", bracket is really the only way to do it. Hyperextending everything by lifting 4+ without a bracket drop isn't good for the trucks steering and suspension components.

This is my exact point also .I looked at all the bracket kits for my truck before pulling the trigger .And when you compare apples to apples they are all made up of the same componits .

I'm thinking the high end RC 4 or 3. Still in the process.. I'll post pictures when I pull trigger. I appreciate all the advice and guidance.
