Just joined the Tundras.com forum and it looks like there's lots of good info to sift through!

After 180,000 miles on my 2004 SR5 Tundra, I decided to update to a 2016 CrewMax TSS 4x4 OffRoad edition. I'm very happy with it as of the first 900 miles.

I've got a list of mods kicking around, but the first thing I did was to add the ESP underseat storage. Next on my list is the audio system update. I'm laying out the parts list now. Somewhere down the road I'll look at a front-end leveling kit and perhaps some induction/exhaust work.

The ESP install was pretty straightforward. It only took 2 hours and 6 expletives to complete!
That was everything from watching the installation video on ESP's website to vacuuming up stray foam particles. I didn't take a ton of pics for the ESP install. I just took a few of the final result...

Looking forward to learning more from you guys! See you in the forums.

Whenever I see a "New Member" thread, I welcome the person.

There are so many that it is a HUGE PAIN IN THE ASS, at times, but I do it as a way of contributing to positive forum interaction.

This may be why @Pinay hits the 'like' button on so many of these types of responses [since there is nothing else inherently likable about welcoming posts]: I imagine it is tiring for the moderators to endlessly perform this function.

I personally do welcomes to New Members because when I was a new member and made my intro thread, there were so many friendly people that I felt so welcome that I stayed to become part of this community.

As a moderator I am not required to do any greetings, but would hope by doing so new people stay and get answers to their Tundra and get to know the great members here.

No worries, I'm a huge law enforcement supporter: are you retired or still active? Sheriff, police?

Retired police after 24 years due to line of duty injuries. Wasn't my idea to retire, we have a 20 year retirement in NY.
