    :)My current setup is
    Bilstein 5100 (top setting)
2 CB shims on driver side
1 CB shim on passenger side
    295/70/18 on factory wheels

Very minor rubbin on skid plate
(Trimmed a little bit and it’s all good)
Prior to tire install I trimmed the front fender liner just barely and removed the little front flap

NO rubbing at all full lock forward or reverse!

I want to add spidertrax/bora 1.25 spacers mainly for the look.

Has anyone had issue with rubbing on the cab mounts/ sway bar or any issues after adding spacers?

You may end up needing a CMC. Stock wheels with 1.25 Spiders = +28 offset. I ran this with the same size tires and needed the CMC.

A little of this and a little of that.

I have the exact same tires with a 3" coilovers lift on Spideetrax 1.25" wheel spacers and I don't rub the cab mount

I run 285/70/18 which is 34”tall and 11.5” wide. So just a little bit shorter and not as wide as your tire. I have a pro with the TRD PRO kit from CB, stock wheels with the 1.25 spidertrax spacers. Took small front mud flap off and I have no rubbing and plenty of space.

I know it’s not apples to apples but it may help as a reference. Good luck.

Seems like I may just have to try it out and see, some trucks run and some don’t work the same setups...

Increasing the caster helps keep it off the cab mount.

Agreed. I installed TotalChaos UCAs and my rubbing went away.

Wanted just a little bit wider stance, don’t know if spending 1100 is worth it... might as well by new wheels if I have to get UCAs and spacers

Haha. OK, that's not what I meant at all. :D I meant adjusting cams on the LCA which moves the bottom of the wheel forward slightly. TC arms are great. But you went the other way, increased the caster by moving the top of the wheel closer to the cab which should've made your issue worse unless the alignment tech set the caster as low as possible with those arms. With TC arms you should see about 3.5- 4* caster which is far better, IMO, than stock. With stock arms you'd probably be in the 2.5-3* range.

    You don't "need" UCAs.

Interesting. Learned something new today. I was running the same setup and I could not get away from rubbing (more at full lock). Once I installed UCAs the rubbing went away. Guess i assumed the two were related.

They are related in that you, presumably, got an alignment after installing the UCAs. One of the great benefits of the TC arms is the increased caster which makes the truck wanna go straight and makes the steering wheel want to return to center. I'd be interested to see your alignment #s. I would think with TC arms you should be at 3-3.5* driver and 3.5-4* passenger. Generally you want to have roughly .5* more caster on the passenger side to counteract camber in the road.

The printer was broken per the tire shop. I will take it in next week to another location to get another alignment. I will post my numbers when I do that.

I heard that same story from a shop when I first got 295s. Well, went on a long trip for spring break with the kids and wasted about 1/3 of the tread on one of the front tires 'cause the alignment was EFFED. That's when I really got anal and into understanding alignment for these trucks.

Just installed 295/70 18 on stock TRD Pro suspension fits perfect with no rub. But once I installed the spidertrax spacers I had to remove the front splash/mud guards. There’s also a little rub on front part of the fender liner. So I installed some .5 inch bumper shims and now it’s perfect

So would your stock Pro suspension be the same as my TRD off road with a 3/1 level as far as fitting the 295's? I'm assuming you are still running the stock rims?

I’m not sure about your 3/1 level. But yes I’m still running stock TRD Pro wheels

hmm...bummer. I really want to slap some 295s on it. Surely without the spacers I could get away with it.

Awesome, I’ve already trimmed my front finder liner as a precaution for the 295s, I was worried about the other mud flap behind the front tire if I added the spacers... and I’ve heard some people having to do the cab mount chop, which I do not want to do

So no issues other than the front fender liner?

You would have to remove the mud flap. But no cab mount chop. At least for the 2019’s not sure about previous years
