    converting 2wd to 4wd adding locker and torsen lsd and manual a.d.d. over ride switch.
    hello I'm new here. I have an 02 tundra ac 2wd. Has anyone successfully completed the conversion? looking for info thanks in advance. I bought a wrecked 02 ac 4x4. just started pulling things apart. which wires and computers do I need to swap over?

    This has been done a few times. Search on ttora forums as well, the older taco’s are very similar and a few people documented swaps there too

    It has been done on Tundra Solutions as well. I think Tinik did it (CrazyIvan) and I think Mustang67 did as well.

    That's not that bad honestly. ECU and wire harness is probably the hardest part.
