been browsing through having a tough time finding a dedicated thread of a first gen regular cab photo gallery. Picking one up next week and very excited in piecing it all together within the budget I’ve alotted. Curious to see what the (seemingly minority) of people have done with theirs

I will say, definetly going with an 8ft bed shell to turn in to my surfboard storage/post-surf nap quarters. Above that, lifting this will be relatively inexpensive. Throw some KO2’s and Level 8 wheels and call it a day. If this deal goes through in selling my 4runner I should be able to do it all in one shot (life long dream)

Anyways since i just made that all about me, let’s see what the rest of you guys have done with yours

I must say this is one hell of a friendly community. Maybe I wasn’t as active on the 4runner forums but I always remember there being a sense of walking on egg shells when posting

You just can’t go back to anything but Toyota once you’ve had one. I’ve now gotten 3 of my friends in to Tacoma’s/Tundras. Time for me to step up and sell the 4runner for this tundra
