Sliding floor mats

With those of you with the weathertech floor mats on the passenger side...when someone ges in does it keep moving or sliding around??? Has anyone come up with a solution to keep the mat in place...I was thinking of some type of strips to super glue to the underside of the mat and those strips have some type of rubber side that grips the floor board carpeting anyone done this anyone has this problem???

 

My buddy put a bunch of velcro stickies in his F250 a couple years back. I guess it worked because I haven't heard him complain about his mats since he's done it.

 

Thot of that too ...but jus didn't wana have it tear up carpeting over time

 

I got the Kagu MAXpider mats. Velcro kind of material on the bottom and looks/feels better than weathertech. Never go another route again!!

 

Well the truck came with the mats already

get my Husky liners on Thursday, and they have the little gripper teeth on the back. so should be no sliding around.

 

the husky passenger mat comes with an anchor screw which i suggest you install or your mat will have the exact issue op is referring to.

 

Me too! Had this same problem on my previous truck with both Weathertech and Huskey mats. Got the Aries Styleguard (made by Kagu) MAXpider mats for the new Tundra. Work great and stay put.

 

A few spots of 2 inch wide velcro(hook side) will do the trick. I use that on every pass mat we install. Doesn't tear up the carpet.

 

Gotta love those! I especially like the material! Pattern almost makes it look like carbon fiber LOL

Yup, I love my Maxpiders. They look better, fit better, and cost less.
