    I have a love/hate relationship with Hooser Pass. Love it when I can go at will. I hate it when we did cold weather training for two days. Snow caves work, but not my preference....

    Before, quite a bit of struggle on some short grades at elevation. I do miss the Taco though. IMG_20160822_092357.jpg.
    After. Yeah it's a High Rockies Pass, so what. Just about the same MPG as the Taco, but a whole different experience. Now thinking about 2 day fishing trips until it's just too dang cold for the mini.

    Dry weight is 1675# loaded is more like 1975#.
    It's the maximum I will put on it.
    Boat tounge weight is about 150#

    Horse power and stopping is no problem.

    That's surprising! My travel trailer weighs that much and my wife usually complains about me going too fast up steep grades. Must be elevation-related.

    It has everything to do with elevation. You lose ~3% per 1000'
