I'm figuring Craigslist to try to sell it, but were any of you successful doing that? I have less than 10,000 miles on it. What are some alternatives?

I tried to sell mine several times on Craigslist.... Pretty pics of it and everything... No bites. I also drove it around to all the local wrecking yards... No one was interested unless it included the catalytic converters. I think I would have had to pay them to take it. I pretty much said "make me an offer"... Still bubkis. Similar to Vidman, mines sitting on the side of my house and I curse it each time I trip over it or have to move it. One of these days I guess I'll take it to the scrap yard and get a few pennies for it. What exhaust system did you put on?

I have no idea what the dealership did with the stock exhaust after they installed the trd exhaust.

I've never been able to sell an OEM exhaust system except for when I bought my son a GTI and he upgraded it with an aftermarket system. We were then able to sell his GTI exhaust to someone who had a Golf. I guess the GTI system was an upgrade for the Golf. My son now owns a Subaru STI and he upgraded it as well and he tells me that he will try to sell off the OEM unit to someone with a WRX.

OEM exhaust system for my BMW and Tundra are sitting along a wall in my garage.

Yup... the garage storage thing was what I was wanting to avoid. Thanks for all the input. I'll see what Craigslist does for me. :ballchain:

I haven't yet. I wanted to try to game plan what I'm going to do with the OEM...

If your exhaust came with it, if any of you guys have the Toyota exhaust tip still attached to your OEM exhaust sitting around, I am interested in it!

I still have my stock exhaust until I save enough pennies for the TRD.

I have one on mine currently. When I upgrade, it will probably be available.

I kept mine. I figure that when I trade mine, I would replace TRD exhaust with stock ones and sell the TRD one.

That might be the option I end up going with for the time being. If I keep my Tundra as long as I kept my Tacoma (14 years), then storing it that long will probably become an issue down the road. Oh well just a minor hurdle. On with upgrade!

Recycled it. There was no point putting mine on Craig's List with the 5,000 on Craig's List. I saw some of them on Craig's from $50 to the rediculous $350.
