At a Toyota dealership, waiting till wed. to get an answer if I can get assistance on this problem. Yes I will keep receipts for future if it is a recall. I will not buy a tundra again, wish I would of got F250 or 2500 chevy. Tundra won't pull a fifth wheel travel trailer, I should of done more research on this truck!!!!! Sucks to be me right now! shit happens for sure

Yep, you ate a big bowl of dumbass for breakfast for sure.

I would always check load ratings before spending thousands of dollars.

If you want to pull a fiver you sure did buy the wrong truck! I hope you are not going to be the one towing/driving a truck. Cant or wont even figure out simple things like truck GVW ratings before spending tens of thousands of dollars is just scary! You have no business towing on public roadways, period.

Looking at all of your negative posts Dawn, your either a troll, or just not meant to own a Tundra. Best of luck.

First the AIP rant, now this? If you're so frustrated with Toyota (tundras), it's simple, trade it in for an F250 or Chevy.

Hint: aside from the tow capabilities, things will go wrong with those too. It's inevitable.

I understand the frustration with the AIP, I would be too, but the towing problem....that's on you. Good luck Dawn. Hope things work out for you.

So is it the AIP you're frustrated with or the tow rating? Did you come to the forum just to vent or something? Nobody else has these issues you are having. If you need to tow that much- get a diesel.

    I loved my 2012

Y'all are brutal, hahaha, don't know why Toyota won't cover cost on the aip for 2012, makes no sense, as this is a on going problem. Trust me it happened to me while on tdy. Fortunately for me, they replaced them at know cost. As far as the $2500, well bro....you had multiple suggestions on fixing that issue with a bypass, but didn't listen. Need to trade ur Tundra in, Hey value is tops. Then you can go get that 2500. Guys have tried to help you here, trust me if it was some of the other forums, it would have been ugly. Seems to me you are on the wrong forum. Good luck bro

You know, come to think about it, I bought my Tundra too, without once thinking about if it can tow a fifth wheel.

Did you have a fifth wheel before you bought your Tundra?

Oh wait... I came with a fifth wheel. My spare! It's under the truck, right?
    Whew, that was close.

(Sorry TJ, sarcasm must be lost on you. I can tell that you care.)
