Spark plugs

Hello guys I need help so I justchanged my spark plugs and I'm running into an issue here when I take off my headlights dim and when I'm stopped my battery gauge Reed's between 9 and 14 volts did I do something wrong

 

Battery terminals on tight on battery posts? Battery holding charge? New one needed? Alternator need testing?

Guys is it normal for water to drip from the exhaust pipe. It's a constant drip. Do you think maybe my water pump is leaking

 

Moisture from the air and condensation in the exhaust is normal especially when cold. Once it’s hot the residue is blown out and the moisture comes out as vapor. But all the time is not so good. If you take a lot of short trips with the engine and exhaust not getting to temp. It can seem that way.
Extra water or steam means coolant is getting into the combustion chamber. Like a blown head gasket or cracked head. But this will cause white smoke to billow out when it’s hot. It’s unkikely because you would notice that and your coolant level would start to drop. Water pump would not send water to the exhaust system. Usually If it leaks. It’s at the pump.
If it’s running good and you take short trips. Take it out for a good ride at speed and get everything hot. Highway is good. See if that changes helps.

 

If you’re not blowing smoke then you’re fine. My truck drips fluid from the tailpipe especially when first started.

 

Ok good I was worried. Trucks running good and I take alot of long rides due to my job and I all ways check my coolant level since I noticed the water dripping from the exhaust pipe.

 

Get it nice and hot and make sure you step on it now and again to keep it nice and cleared out LOL then recheck. Should be zero water when it’s good and hot. But it is normal to get condensation in your exhaust.
