20190206_091020.jpg 20190206_091011.jpg Selling my sdhq fenders. Absolutely perfect condition, zero cracks, scratches, Nick's, or chips in paint.. if you have the fastest color, you can save yourself 5 to 600 dollars in paint work. Will ship at buyers expense. Asking $600. Will entertain reasonable offers and trades. Only selling due to not having inner fenders. Here in good ol rainy, muddy TN... that's a recipe for disaster.

What the heck are these fenders in my state and in my color, and why do I need them?!

You get out of here with that dirty talk!! I’m definitely intrigued by fenders, but you have me concerned saying the reason you’re getting rid of them is basically the same problem I’ll run into. Any pics of them on the truck?

Yeah, @Erichudgins has a tendency to talk us into stuff we don’t need!

Yea man real talk, I feel these are best for someone out west, or that just daily drives the truck.. I never had an issue with them at all. It's more for piece of mind. We went to LBL last weekend and I spent 50 bucks at the car wash getting mud off the back of my headlights.. and out of the engine bay.. but never an issue as far as things going wrong. Word on the street is someone is producing an inner fender for them, so if I dont sell them, I'll put them back on when they are released.

Appreciate the candid feedback. They look amazing, but I don’t think I can afford to give up the protection of an inner fender. Good luck with finding them a new home!

I’m confused... $600 for used fenders that retail for $560. These have been on your truck right?

yes. if you've ever checked into having these things mounted and painted... your looking at about 1500 bucks + the cost of fenders. over 2k all the work is done. this deal is ideal for someone with a white truck obviously but when I say they fit perfect.. I mean perfect. no slotted holes during drilling. all holes to mount stock hardware under hood... everything. im a stickler for details. I went above and beyond to make these perfect.

Are you going down to 35s. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think you might have clearance issues with the 37s and the stock fenders at full bump. @KevinK ran 37s with stock fenders at one time. Hopefully he can chime in with advise.

I’d say come up with a solution for inner fenders. Running 37s with stock fenders if you take ur truck off road... I don’t see how that’s gonna be a better solution

I messed up the first attempt and did not like the way it came out but I did not give up. What helped me out was to start my first drill and lining with the center hole.

As I stated, you can reference my thread for an idea how I did my flares but it is the same process to make the inner liner. I used clay to place over the clips so that when I placed the ABS over the fender it would stick to the abs indicating the place to drill the holes. Once I got the first center hole done I bolted the ABS and worked the rest of the holes on the fender and firewall.

It can be done with the right offset and a healthy disregard for the inner fender liner on hard hits. If you're not jumping the truck, you probably won't self clearance the liner like we did.
