Don't blame the tax laws for the slow down in housing. It is the combination of rising values and interest rates. Rising values are a 2x whammy. They sting you on the purchase and on property taxes.

price of trucks and cars is going up because of all the new electronic crap. I bought a 2017 to avoid the price increase on the 18s. I don't need the TSS crap.

This x100. I bought my 2017 tundra to have just a backup camera and basic stereo with the screen. I don’t see much need for the rest of the upgrades in a truck. I’d go buy a luxury car if I wanted the fancier stuff.

Colorado edged out the new Ranger, Tacoma dead last.

I hope for the next Tundra they keep it truck like and not move it away from that aspect. Curious to see what they have up there sleeves.

Gm announced a new 6.6lgas for the HD trucks and Ford a new 7.3lgas for the hd trucks...lots of new stuff going on with the pickup world lately.

In the report the chevy did not have a time for 0-100. Does that mean it will not go that fast?

I had a “ 83 Dodge Ram Van, 318 ci in. Transmission would jerk the van in deciding to lock up the torque converter. Never considered owning a Dodge related product again. Leaked oil like crazy. Happy day when traded it.

Motortrend prints whatever the highest bidder pays. They exist to sell advertising.

That's one of the concept builds Toyota based the Gen 2 on. I remember seeing it sometime back around 2005 I think.

In my experience with Gm Top speed limiter only lets you hit 98mph.

I see that said a lot and it could be true, but the Equinox in its test came dead last. If they were showing GM favoritism you would think it would of showed in that test as well.

yeah I just like freaking people out with it. :D
    This might be true.

Motor Trend are shitty writers, I've never enjoyed anything they write and their opinions tend to be weakly based.
