In the opposite spirit of the other thread what mod have you done that you're not really in love with, don't like or wish you did different? Do you plan to change it?

For me, it's the Ion Alloy wheels I bought with my tires. I love the tires, but every time I look a the wheels I kinda go "eehhh, meh". I don't out right hate them, but I really don't like them. They're to gaudy for me, ruin the "Toyota" look in my opinion and well to be blunt...fuck chrome. :quickdraw:

I wish I had known about the 4Runner TRD Pro SEMA wheels that also fit my truck and that others have. They look amazing. :annoyed:

    Here's the wheels I have:

Here's the wheels I wish I had, except possibly in black or bronze.

Haven’t purchased any regrets for my tundra yet. But I hated the cheap led headlights I bought for my old truck. They were garbage! Couldn’t see shit haha. Won’t be trying that one out on my new baby.

I'm not in love with my Weathertech floor liners. After seeing the Husky floor liners others have posted on here I wish I got the Husky's.
I also wish I went straight with the TheAntennaSource antenna instead of trying three other shorty antennas first.

Sometimes I wish I kept my white grille surround that came with my pro grille. I sold it because I did not want to buy a white bulge at the time or start the process of whiting everything out. The bumpers the door handles the mirrors etc. but now I think it would’ve looked good with just the grill and bulge in white and then leaving everything else the way it is.

Also the weather tech floor liners. I would’ve gone Huskies. At the time the Huskies did not offer full coverage for the back seat that I was aware of. I know they do now.

:thumbsup:Hinton. Cheers. I can’t say much cause I didn’t buy it but the Undercover hard box cover rubbed all the paint off the box on my truck. So I wouldn’t buy that in the future either.

    ☝️ This!

I started a thread on how crappy the passenger side is.
The upside is they are sending me new floor liners. After some emails and pics sent, they offered new ones. Hope it fits.

Least favorite mod would have to me the two different shorty antennas I installed, both of which turned orange after exposure to UV.

Husky Liners sure are popular, for good reason. Unfortunately, they don't make laser measured X-act contour liners for my truck. Weathertech does. Gonna have to go Weathertech for that reason. I had them in my GM and I liked them fine enough I guess

I consider the morimoto fogs a total waste of money. Don’t hate em, just don’t think they were worth a nickel, much less, $120.00

The OEM underseat storage box I got off CL. It takes up too much space for the space you get inside the box.

I used to be able to keep a tool bag with tools, tool bag with straps, 2 packing blankets, and all kinds of other crap under the back seat. Now I have zero packing blankets in the truck and some of the other stuff had to go too. No bueno.

It'll be going on CL again in the near future.
