    Hi Gang,
    07 Limited CM 5.7
I've recently experienced the following lights on my dash.
I've managed to clear all codes by disconnected the battery for abit and reconnecting but initially the codes come back.
4lo blinking, VSC on, Trac on and Check Engine Light.
only thing I seemed to have experience is downshifting when going downhill otherwise seems to perform as normal maybe a lack of some power.
I'll know the results of the codes tonight from my local shop. Telling me so far associated to the shifting solenoids in the transmission.
I've read through some of the thread similar cases related to the Map sensors, Air intake but nothing related to what I was told for sure.
Never had an issue till recently. Never flushed at 127k for tranny.
    any thoughts?

I got the same transmission code when I accidentally blew my reverse lights 10 amp fuse on my 07. Dash lights also went nuts and manual shifting went bye-bye. Replaced 89 cent fuse and everything went back to normal. Crazy shit.

I swapped in some new aux led reverse lights. Didn't light up and got all the dash lights doing their thing. Got on the internet because transmission shift position sensor failure made no sense. Found out that blown reverse light fuse can cause that bogus code. Sure enough...reverse fuse was blown. Like I said...crazy...

I know this is an old post, but I searched and found nothing about fixing code P0980. Did you manage to fix the problem? Did you replace shift solenoid S3 (C)? Any help would be appreciated.
