Did my recycle run today, usually 10-12 smallish bags of glass, aluminum/plastic, paper, and some cardboard boxes. Of course when I get to the recycle place I have to jump up into the bed and throw the bags over the side, damn truck is too tall to reach into the bed. I do this run like once every 2-3 weeks, stuff my two bags of weekly garbage in my various neighbor's can on trash day.

Main thing that pissed me off when I got there was WTF, there were two huge dings in the roof. No idea how they got there either. Both of them were on the raised ribs. I could swear those dents were not there when I bought the truck back in May of this year. The dings really didn't piss me off that much either, I mean you never look at the roof and they weren't THAT bad(still bad enough to where I'd get them fixed if I could see them/if they were on another panel).

What really pissed me off is I have absolutely no idea how they got there. No tree branch has fallen on my truck, the dents were way too big to be caused by hail stones. Best I can figure is I parked under a huge ass tree on the street in downtown Nashville back in August, maybe it dropped a branch or something, I was drunk and let my buddy drive home.

Sorry to rant/rave, its just aggravating when you try and keep your truck nice, then you find more dents in it. I mean hell it is 9 years old, but still I feel its pretty fresh/clean with only 61,000 miles on it, the interior is light grey and looks BRAND NEW. You work hard for nice things and it pisses you off when they are damaged.

Probably your neighbors pissed at you throwing away your garbage in their cans. They came and fucked with your truck.:rimshot:

who knows. Just this weekend I was at my son's Lacrosse game and I heard a huge BANG behind me. Some kids were in the parking lot bouncing golf balls and sure as shit, one went sideways and nailed a car. Their dad watched the whole thing, they walked casually away, got in their minivan (instant lobotomy) and drove off.

I hate people. I like the idea of people, on paper it's great. In practice, not so much.

I got nothing. I did have a dent on my Tacoma roof before, I know for a fact it was from a bikini clad girl dancing in the truck bed and attempted to get on the roof, luckily the cooler she stepped on slipped and she fell. the only dent was from her face. Multiple foot dents would have pissed me off.

I got dent in the roof of one of my trucks before. I figured out that it was from being parked on a narrow street and the trash truck automatic trashcan lift arm, threw something over the trash truck onto the roof of my truck. I was pissed.
