I had a mechanic(?) in my neighborhood replace the complete rear end assembly with a used assembly-differential, axles, wheels. Somehow the case on the original rear end cracked. The assembly he used was non-abs and the original was abs. Anyone have info on what would be involved to at least get my speedometer working? (cruise would be nice too, but not that necessary) I can live without the abs.
    Thanks in advance

Only way for abs is to get an ABS axle I believe or at least axle shafts maybe. Probably a bit of work.
Thought the speedo ran off the transmission (or tcase maybe) though anyway. Hopefully someone else will chime in.
