If you can take a sec to explain, some of us may be able to offer advice. It's pretty unusual for "new" issues to come up here,

Really not sure where to begin lol . I guess the main issue is sometimes some of the lights would work and sometimes they wouldn’t . Took it to get fixed place supposedly fixed issues but truck wouldn’t crank , husband had it towed replaced fuel thing in gas tank still wouldn’t run some lights still not working now he has taken it to an older mechanic friend and he was asking us to get him this info that’s why I’m asking about the wiring diagram . Not sure exactly what to print from the info given

Well 1 out of 1,000,000 just may be a clunker
Sorry for laughing, I have a crap sense of humor.
Electrical gremlins are a pain to trace, but a majority of the time (in Tundra land) it's caused by something the owner did (previous owner in your case), or worn out part. In other words, the tundra is not known for electrical issues so poke around anything that is not factory installed and/or electrical connections that appears to have been disturbed (it looks either to clean compared to surrounding wires or extremely dirty compared to surrounding wires).
That is usually where I start my gremlin search.

Yeah the guy that we purchased it from had done a lot to it from what we have been told as far as upgrading stuff . We did notice the first time it rained the left side parking lights came on just out of nowhere . We had been home in the house someone called me and said your light are on lol

I would start by checking the grounds, and any possibly exposed or unprotected wiring that the previous owner messed with. Any accessories (remote start, auxiliary lights, stereo, sub, etc.) that might tap another wire. Also, check to make sure main wires for battery, ground, alternator are properly in place and tightened. That could be telling. Sometimes it's really simple/small stuff that can cause multiple issues.
    Good luck!

In regards to rain if you are getting water in the passenger side floorboard it could be getting electronics stuff wet on the way to the floor. Could be causing some of your issues. Very common issue and very cheap to stop the leak.

May have your mechanic check the ECU that I believe is somewhere in that area. Could have a damaged/corroded circuit board causing some of your issues. I'll see if I can find a pic from that.

There is no leaking as far as water or rain coming in the truck itself . We did notice some wires hanging underneath the back that if I remember correctly my husband said they were exposed idk he needs to be doing this cause I’m in one town and he is in another tryin to work . Lol

    Welcome to the forum..

Go to the link @TravisJr posted.

Ultimate TUNDRA Wiring Diagrams Collection | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com)

Click on https://www.tundras.com/attachments/2000-tundra-ewd367u-pdf.543919/ and it will download a file of the entire wiring diagrams for the 2000 Tundra.
It's 295 pages if you want to print out the entire thing..:eek2:

Most of us search it and find what we need, then print those pages out if we need a hard copy..

It is best looked at and browsed on a PC, laptop, I suppose even a tablet.
Much easier to use the search feature to find exactly what you need.
