What are you guys using for winter tires?
I know its early but planning to buy a set for winters only. I want a set that looks rugged but more importantly effective in our harsh winter season.

I use Michelin XPS Traction tires on my 2002 4WD down here in NE Georgia, they will cut through anything like a buzz-saw. If I lived up north where you get a snow pack, I would invest in some high tech snow tires.

Anything with the severe snow rating (3 peak / snowflake symbol) will suit your needs. All terrains that I run all 4 seasons. Nokian (sp?) makes a good winter tire that’s studdable if you’re able to run studs where you live.

Blizzaks! That was the other tire I was thinking of in addition to the Nokians. Thanks @OR18TRD
