    Hi everyone

Do you use winter tires on your Tundras and Sequoias?

The same size as the summer tires?

Do you put TPMS sensors in them? Does that require reprogramming or will the computer figure it out in its own?

Does it make sense to get them with a new truck from the dealer or do they have no better deal to offer?

After I first put winter tires on my car about 10 years ago I decided I'm never again going to own a car that does not also have winter tires. To me the difference in grip on snow is just stunning, it's worth whatever it costs :) But I've never owned a full-size AWD SUV, so I'm looking to hear from owners' experience.

I got winter tires for this past season, same size as stock on separate rims. I did not put TPMS in, and lived with the light on for 4 months. I am thinking of adding them before next winter and am also interested in what others have to say.

I switched to duratracs with the 3 peak snowflake rating this past winter and the difference was pretty big from my nitto ridge grapplers. They were much better on ice and even wet roads. I’ve never had a dedicated winter tire.
