Looking for some help. My washer pump will not work. I used to have my bulldog connected to the washer fuse and now it won't spray at all. A few times the wipers would just randomly go off. I've since moved the bully dog wire. I've checked the fuse under the dash. And changed the pump in the reservoir and still nothing. Anyone else have any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Update: I feel like a fool swapped fuses still nothing. Disconnected the hose had my wife pull it still nothing. After much frustration and heeding the advice of OR18TRD I went and got fresh new fuses and bam. Back in business. But this was the fuse I pulled out. Looked perfectly fine. Thanks guys for your help

A handheld digital multimeter can be your friend when checking fuses among other things:thumbsup:

I put a light test on the pump wire and it didn't light up but the wipers still went off

Looks like the contacts are badly rusted/corroded from the picture. How did they get that corroded in a 2017?

Looks like you are using a 20amp fuse circuit. Does your bully dog have a separate fuse? Manufacturer says hook it up to a 10-15 amp circuit. Seems the higher fuse may not be allowing the fuse to work properly since it is no longer the weak link since it needs to be 10-15 amps max apparently.

Which means it will overheat instead of blow the fuse. Hence black contacts on the fuse.

No fuse when I hooked it up at first, I kind of Jerry rigged it. But I wanted it to come on automatically when the key turned so I went with the wiper fuse. I've since done it properly used and add a fuse and went to the cigarette plug fuse
