Howdy, so I have a 2010 base model..no mods yet (hey..I just joined yesterday). This is my first Tundra and am proud to have it. So, naturally I'm starting with wheels. Mine has the cheap plastic/fake chrome caps. I found some I like on CL but they are from a 2016 Tundra with center bore of 110.5 and my 2010 center bores are of course 110 (per tundras.com tire and wheel guide, thanks for whomever posted that handy info)

He said "they will work" and they do it "all the time"..(it's a tire shop). Is this:

    A:
    A fine idea

    B. You are def a newb because this will cause all kinds of issues down the road and you are an idiot for considering.

I don't want to compromise anything.

    Thanks

Should be fine with the right lug nuts.

Either wait for the right center bore OR from what I understand 7 spline lugs set it up nicely!

As long as that setup comes with lug nuts (factory) or you have access to tapered lugs, you'll be fine. Tapered lugs will help center the wheel as they are being applied.

    Look up lug-centric lugs.
