    She just got her first Jury duty request in mail and said
    "What is this shit, give me back my permanent residence card"! Of course she was joking, but it is the only downside of citizenship.

    It is a very positive accomplishment and we welcome your wife as a citizen!

    I’ve been on a murder trial and a attempted murder trial. My old jobs didn’t used to pay me for it so it hurt the pocketbook. But now I have a job that pays me unlimited, so I welcome it. It was very interesting. Although I’ve been dismissed the last two times, presumably because I have many friends who are police officers so I’m sure the defendants lawyer was like “bye” LOL.
