Push bar and bed rails

Should I make holes where the mock fog lights are supposed to go or should I just get the push bar that I wanted anyway and add lights to that?

TRD Sway Bar, Roll covers USA bed cover

The back end comes off... I do believe there are 3 screws behind the circle holding it in place... or you could do the latter

If you remove the splash guard you will be able to see the blank fog light cover.
