I had my tundra lifted with 6" RC long time ago, and the stock tie rod ends starting to go out so I have ordered a pair of coach builder one. I have seen people install the tie rod ends from the button where the castle nut is above the knuckle and mine was done in the opposite way where the castle nut is under the knuckle.

Which way is the right way? Or this is more depends on vehicle set up and the lift?

The RC lifts install above the steering knuckle just as your stock tie rods are now. You'll notice our logo will be upside down and can just pull the bolt out and rotate the black tube 180 degrees. Be sure to install the tapered collar (sliver piece) into the hole with small side first.
