Im pretty new at buying stuff for trucks and just needed a little help.

I was looking at 17x9 rims and bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks and I also wanted to run bfg ko2 285/70.

Would that all work, or am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

    I have a 2003 tundra 2wd v8 trd sport

If you want those 33s to fit with minor trimming/rubbing, then I would put the bilsteins on the top notch and put a add-a-leaf or block in the rear because you will be nose high. The 9inch rims may rub on the pinch weld a little. I have a 4wd so Im not sure exactly. Since you have a 2wd, you dont have to worry about certain angles that a 4wd would have to compensate for. Post up some pics when you're done. I believe there is a recent update on a blue tundra 2wd build similar to your build plans. I would read through that too.
