Wheel help please

Hi, I need to replace my tpms sensors to get the damn light off my dash and figure it’s a good excuse to get some new wheels while I’m at it. I can’t find a definitive answer on the web but I bet you guys will know.

Are these +60 offset on my 2011 Trd off road 18” wheels?

im running 285/75/18 on a 3/2 pro comp spacer lift and don’t rub after trimming skid plate but the tire is pretty close to the uca. At some point I’m going to upgrade the suspension, do I need to bump the wheels out at all to clear if I go an inch or two higher when that happens? I’m hoping to not have to buy wheels twice.. thanks!
