Whataburger (and maybe some buc-ee’s)

Mine was wrapped up in 2 layers of paper and not as nice as the pics. Screw the veggies. It's greasy and not real bad for some good ole food. I had to forego the onion rings and still a 1/3 laying on the passenger's seat wrapped up. I like Shake Shack burgers but too dang expensive

That's right, Pasadena. We have a quick job tomorrow night at a site north of Houston, think it's called Greenspoint.

 

Greenspoint was really nice years ago, really ghetto in areas now. Be careful. Lots of Whataburgers all around.

When I moved for a couple of years to Houston back in 81 it was a real nice area. When I moved to Houston in 2013 man it has become a steaming pile of shit

 

Touchdown Houston.

Hertz put me in a Ram 1500, a red one.... I'll admit, seats are more comfortable to me and the head unit is much nicer, i'm going aftermarket for when I get home. I got a buddy back home who has a Ram and we have good nature back and forth. I told him it's strange having to mash the gas so hard to make it go...

Will update Whataburger experience when I get one.

 

At one point Greenspoint mall had the highest revenue of any mall in the country.

 

It’s fun to check the other guys out every now and then. I had an Expedition in Florida a few months ago.

 

And oh! The gas mileage before I started out was showing 16mpg...hell i get that in my Tundra!

 

I don’t get anywhere near that.

I wish I had time to hit NASA and USS Texas but it's a work weekend.

 

It was a very nice mall in its day.

 

I lived in Spring right behind the Goodyear blimp base. They had just started the Woodlands. It's the big city now. Greenspoint was a great place to go and shop around being 22 yrs old, married and a kid.

 

Where are you? Is it Pasadena?

 

When I was a kid we used to got to San Jacinto mall a good bit. That place is a tomb now,

 

There's a good little Italian place on main street. You'll have to get a to go box but man it's not bag and really a good price. Lunch menu too during the week if you're in Pasadena. Yummy
