What maintenance do you recommend for Tundras over the 200k mark?

I paid my 2007 Tundra 5.7L off 3 months ago. Right now I have around 210k miles on the truck. The truck was previously a one owner with a great service history. I was wondering what maintenance (tune ups, transmission, radiator, etc) I could do to keep the truck running for a long time aside from oil changes/filter changes?

maintenance schedule is in your owners manual or can be found online.
    spark plugs
    engine/cabin air filters
drain and fill differential, xfer case, trans fluids
    lube driveshafts
    coolant flush
change brake and power steering fluids
and of course look over everything, check belts, bushings, and any other parts that wear

Get under the truck and see if the driver's side CV axle wobbles at the differential. There's a fix for that.

If the struts are original, toss them.

A Frichco mentioned, you really want to spend the time pulling on each wheel to be sure all the bushings are tight. Also try to pull the wheels in and out (front at least) to be sure the bearings are still tight. Spin them to be sure they still spin smoothly and quietly with some resistance.

Check the build link in my signature.
I got to 298k in my 2008 by following the maintenance schedule in the owner’s manual. When I traded it in, it still ran like the day I bought it.

Only major items were the water pump (twice) and the air induction pump system (did the Hewitt bypass to solve that). Otherwise it was brakes, tires, fluids, spark plugs, filters, grease…
