What in the actual F Midway...

I’m getting product notifications for cheap 9mm that shows as in stock but none of it showing as available when I check out. Boxes of 556 hp showing
in stock but unavailable when I try to add to cart.

I thought someone was beating me to all of it but it goes back to showing available when you empty the cart and check the product page.

What kind of cruel joke is this.

 

Sucks man. Check out Pine Valley Munitions. I’ve been getting a lot of my ammo through there and I think they’re getting a bunch of 9mm at the end of the month.

 

Everyone is out of everything it seems.
You literally need to be online at midnight to see what has been updated and is available. Plus the limits on quantity you can buy suck.
My local shop sells out within minutes of deliveries on the days they get shipments.
Ive had email orders in at Optic planet for $150 for 500 round bucket of 115gr 9mm. 2-3 month back order.

 

I logged in 10 minutes after getting emails. Multiple different 9 options gone, a couple 556 options gone.

 

Sucks. There are likely bot programs scouring these sites and buying up stuff like this immediately so they can turn around and re-sell. I had been checking Home Depot's daily deals every day for a week or so right at midnight when they go live looking for a DeWalt jigsaw, and when they finally had a deal on DeWalt tools about 20% of the really good deals were sold out literally within a minute of going live.

 

This is what it seems like. I know stuff is going fast but I bought a bucket of 400 rounds on midway that was up for several hours. Snagged other things that go fast, like ONE ITEM disappears in less than an hour. It doesn’t really seem like an organic free market thing that so many different items go up on one site at 12 noon and are unavailable when I log on at 12:09. The entire new stock of various types of 9 and self defense 556 gone in 10 minutes.

A glitch, or bots. People have been fast but not that fast. It’s not like I only realized it was all there half a day later. I bet it all shows up on Gunbroker at a 100% markup.

 

There are still things repeatedly showing available until you attempt to put it on your cart.

 

Probably 100 people clicking add to cart at the exact same second

 

Buy local if you can. Those shops need our support right now. I would hate to see the one by me go away.

snagged 150 rounds of Aguila 147 grn off Grabagun. This am. I’m becoming such an ammoseek whore.

 

Still waiting on my paid for Sig p320Xcompact since June 20th makes me think I should probably get bullets for the damn thing. 1st time gun buyer

 

2a warehouse has 150 and 200 packs of 556 and sportsman’s outdoor superstore still has boxes of 20 for 13-14$ in stock for anybody looking to snatch up that last little batch to make them feel comfortable riding it out through November in case it completely disappears for a couple months.
