I’m busy all year round, l do understand that but the small amount of chrome on is truck is no big deal to me. My truck is definitely not a street princess, I drive on the beach and hunting trails, but nothing abusive. I would never get chrome wheels for sure I just can’t seem to waste the time removing the chrome from my truck. I will replace my grille with a black TRD Pro grille but that’s about it. My truck is super white so chrome is basically an accent to my truck. Looks fine to me and it easy to keep clean.

Black will do the same thing to your truck! It is basically what you like. I like the blackout look so I did it. The time to remove the chrome is nothing. Emblems take 15 minutes at most. And my truck already came with the black handles. But it's what we like to do...tink with our trucks. And dechroming was one of the things most of us do. It's fun.

    Did a few mods:
    Mountain bike rail mount
    Rear differential breather extension
Lockerdown - heavy duty console safe
    Lomax Bed topper

I threw my old Tacoma bed mat in the bed.

All of the chrome talk. Both the browser and on our trucks (at least the bumpers and grills)

How do you like the lomax? I like how it's easily removable and sits so flat, but it doesn't look like it folds the last third to get the whole bed space?

Wash and wax. I’ve tried a ton of different products but I still keep going back to Meguiar’s.

If you need the whole bed space, you have to take it out.
I dig it. I had roll ups on the Tacomas and wanted the security of a hard cover.

I’m an old school muscle car guy, I have chrome ingrained in me. I paid over $500 to have me door handles rechromed on my 69 El Camino last year.

Thanks crazy what the right wheel and tire will do to a vehicle. Looks like a whole new truck. Plus the new tires make those 33s look tiny

    So
So the biggest thing is you can't take it through a motorized car wash. It can only be hand washed.

Anything else is obvious, if you change parts ex. Bumber, logos, hood, they would need to be coated so it's best to make sure you do all the major mods first.

But other then that, you pay a hefty price for a good quality service!

    Edit**
To answer the other part, it last foreever yes. The wear and tear would be if you did get a scratch, dent or chip. The 3rd package gives you lifetime warranty. Each warranty gives you an annual touch up.

3” lift, black step bars, aftermarket wheels, LT305/55R20 was this way when I brought it.
I use Meguiar's wash and wax, follow with Meguiar’s pre wax polish and then use the Meguiar’s Liquid wax. Gives it a great shine even on white.

I think so too. If he knows there's demand, maybe he'll make more? :notsure:

I think he made the fire extinguisher mount, but did he make the mini shovel mounts too?

For sure he made the extinguisher mounts. He had a little group buy on those. I’m almost certain he made the shovel mounts too. They really are purty. My man’s got skills.

I just hosed them off and applied waxaddict. A few weekd ago i did wash them with soap and a mit and used 303, but they didnt look this good. One day when I have time I'll hit them with some simple green and a brush and waxaddict. I can't believe how good they look, I impressed myself haha. And they are cleaner than the inside of my truck too Joon

It's super easy, did mine as well. Just have to get a big enough screen. There's perfect holes in the plastic supports to put the zip ties through and if you're not looking for it then it's so tough to see from more than 10 feet away.
