I wish those bolts were black on that skid plate though. If I get one, I think I will hit them with some paint.

Have to agree with ya, I’m actually thinking about blacking out all the bolts (skid, grille, flares, bumper )

Does not leans because I have the Firestone airbags installed with the ARB Linx that control that the truck will avoid the lean problem.

I like it, has a lot of features like manage the fridge on the bed of my truck, start the compressor, manage the airbags for the rear, and also has the lights switch, has many other features in one device its like a cellphone. I like it a lot.

Bilsteins front + rear and sc ray10s finally. Would like more rake for towing. Maybe it'll settle down a bit.

Picked up from Toyota dealership a couple hours ago. Added TRD Pro suspension on front and rear, Land Cruiser Heritage wheels, and BFG K02 275/70R18. Sits so much better than stock and glad to get rid of the TSS 20 inch rims! Must give credit to tundras.com member "2019-1794", as I copied his setup except tires. Still waiting on more parts. On order: TRD Pro grill setup, ARE heavy duty shell, and tuck away side rails.

How did you get the bronze heritage wheels? I remember seeing a post on it with members trying to get them but Toyota was requiring the VIN of the land cruiser to confirm it was a heritage edition?

    Truck looks awesome!

I saw that post too. I asked my local dealer and he said anyone should be able to get them if the parts department has them

I usually shop from the online Toyota parts dealers. I called one first, and they said the same, must have VIN. So I ordered online from a second, they canceled my order a few days later stating the same. So I ordered from yet another, received an email that they were waiting on authorization from Toyota so I figured it would get canceled as well, but then a few days later they sent a tracking number. I did the same with the TRD Pro suspension, though the problem wasn't the VIN. I had three dealerships tell me Toyota had a hold on the suspension. Finally the fourth dealership just shipped the suspension without question.

The competency level of employees at different dealerships vary. Some should not even go near cars and they are “Service Advisors”.

Looks good. Could use more caster but if you have factory UCA’s then that’s probably all you’re gonna get.

Thanks for the input. What range should the caster be in so I know next time? Can you tell me what the goal is? i.e be closest to zero, etc...Thanks again

    Drop back to post #46447
    I posted a couple links.

    Mine is a 2017

It really was such a simple and worthwhile mod...it's a totally different look and function. When something looks cool AND functions better. THATS a worthwhile mod!

I'm doing lighting all around. Did the cargos today and will do the reverse lights and XTR supplemental reverse light over the weekend.

Hell yeah, do it!! It’s one of my favorites right now. Thinking of molding in the cup holders next. Looks so much better smoothed out.
