Plastidip Red would be the easiest way. No removal, sanding, or masking.

Here you go. You can also extend it out about 1” with the supplied hardware.

Pretty nice ... but does this mod change any dynamic on how the rear sway bar perform ?? I see it raised higher than how they normally are...

I've only driven 10 miles or so with the sway bar in the original position, and about the same distance with it in the new position. I didn't notice anything different between the two honestly, but haven't driven it enough to get a good feel. Before I changed it, the tie rod was nearly vertical. I would like to think that thats preventing any amount of droop from happening. Now that the tie rod is at an angle, the axel has more freedom to travel upwards and downwards.

Others have used it in this configuration more than I have and likely can better answer this.

 I'm not lifted enough for 35s but am wanting to run 33x12.50s next time I go for tires. I'm running 20x9 +18s with 275/60 (33x11) and need more sidewall protection. By the way your YouTube videos are awesome!

Yeah it was like that originally. I have a pick a couple pages back. With the sway bar in that position, the sway bar is closer to the front of the truck, and the tie rod is pulled more to the front, making it nearly vertical. Of course, this is with 2.5" lift in the back.

I'm no expert either, but I would think with a 3" lift in the rear you would be better off in the position I have it in.

My father-in-law and I got the front coilovers out and added 2 Coachbuilder shims on each side.

    PXL_20201008_160309748.MP.jpg

I added some fender washers to extend the bump stops a little bit, but I wasn't sure exactly how much I needed to extend. Seemed like the general rule was 1:3 for extension to spacer ratio, so I should be close... Any tips are appreciated.
    PXL_20201008_172416810.MP.jpg

I also installed 1" MaxTrac shackles in the rear, which went it really easy. Kept a little bit of the rake I had before adding the shims in the front.
