You mind posting a link, or at least a picture of the can of the SEM Trim paint? I think this is a great way to cover the blinding chrome parts without major surgery or changing the look by too much.

This is the trim paint, it works great but im not sure how well it bonds to the chrome plating. maybe someone can chime in.

I am in-line to be the first bumpers at Chad’s new shop! @BashFab is an awesome choice for any custom steel protection. He’s near Columbia SC. Looking forward to let him create something awesome for both ends. Planning hybrid. dom on the edges and plate around hitch area and winch. Maybe a low stinger like demello or C4. Maybe just let Chad decide the height. I’d love classic square arb style guards, but don’t really feel that fits the 3rd gen lines quite right. Don’t know if you can tell I’m stoked. Doesn’t hurt I get to drive a 200 series LC the week or more that he’ll need the truck :)

Been up since 7am to do ton of things on this two week old truck.

-removed and painted emblems red (spray can and clear)
    -installed ESP storage
    -KN drop in filter
-change steelies to TRD wheels (still need to get aftermarket TPMS)
    -installed LED fog light bulbs
-installed bed rails and tonneau cover
-and finally 2 hours of work for this alone doing it solo, installed TRD exhaust!

I need to paint the calipers red soon

    Looking good.
Are you going to keep the chrome or replace it?

Took your advice and had a look this morning. I adjusted the sway bar and like it a lot better. I like that the tie rods aren't completely vertical also.

Thank you but yes, that’s next. I’m gonna get rid of the chrome and get it matched.

Well, I misunderstood. I was thinking the paint in your mod was the silver color. SEM seems to only have black or near black colors. I'll have to search for something else, or just keep putting COVID masks over the offending reflective chrome pieces.

In talks with Chad for some sliders like yours, and maybe skid plate. Can’t wait to see your bumpers when they’re done, as that’ll be on deck before long! Love me a LC. That’s my Mon-Thurs mobile.

Finally installed the Rigid SAE fog lights I picked up on here a month or so ago. Gotta adjust them tonight and then reinstall the liners.

Brackets are apparently from some sort of automatic gate opener and saw another member posted them here. They're not cheap as you have to order a set with other hardware for their product but they are beefy and definitely aren't going to move or shake at all!
Link is https://gateopenerking.com/store/bracket-set-350ih-2-qty-351ih-352ih-353ih-sw1000-mm700.html if anyone is interested.

I removed them. Used fishing line to take them off. Cleaned the double sided tape.

Used 800 grit sandpaper to scuff up the chrome. Primered it, painted it rustoleum red, then clear coated it. Turned out pretty nice. Just take your time painting. Slapped on new 3m tape and voila.

Right! Someone should tell them to sell just those 2 brackets as a kit for Tundra Rigid foglight conversions and they'd sell a ton! Maybe even get Rigid to sell them?

Got these through Crutchfield. Was thinking of going with Rockford Fosgate, but chose Pioneer because I will eventually get the new Pioneer head unit with a Pioneer amp and sub.

Hi all, i'm new to the forum and thought i would post what modification I have done so far. Most of them are minor bolt on accessories but I'm sure I will be stealing some ideas off of you guys! I just bought the truck and have 7000 miles on it so far and I love it. I don't plan on spending too much money on it as i usually trade my trucks in every winter.

2020 Toyota Tundra Crew Sport Premium in Voodoo Blue

    Tinted Windows all around
    Leveling kit
TRD Pro replica rims with Nitto EXO Grappler tires (285/75/20)
3M Tape across the entire front of the truck and side mirrors
    Blacked out emblems
    OEM Toyota hard tonneau cover

You could always leave them on and use red Plastic dip or you contact Rich @rrentrop and you could put red or any color vinyl letters on.
