How much extra were the windoors? I'm looking into getting an MX and the only dealer in 100 miles won't get back to me. I may just go down there tomorrow to place my order.

I did the entire cab minus the roof with "Kilmat". pretty much the same stuff. Really dropped the noise down. Planning on the roof now once I get the dedicated power cord for the dash cams and the ceiling mollie panel. Now to figure out how to pull the headliner down.

I can’t remember off the top, not more than a few hundred. They’re the Outdoors Windoor option.Don’t quote me, but I’m pretty sure you can upgrade the windows at a later time too.(but why wait!) I use the side access all the time. When the family camps, it’s the kitchen access under the awning. IMO, it’s the best feature of the cap.

Definitely will, Took me awhile to narrow down what “Hybrid” terrain I wanted. Thoroughly impressed with the few miles I have on them so far. We have an Outer banks trip coming up soon, air down and sand performance reviews to follow!

Had the front turn signal recall done, they are significantly brighter than before. The tech said it was a wiring mistake but would not give up anything more.

Do a search on here. Many members found and corrected this issue months before the Toyota recall. Lots of good information if you are wanting to know more

I have an ARE cap on my 2014, wanted the same windows as 60driver, where you can open them from the outside. When I asked about purchasing them for mine they were $1100 for the two. I would recommend getting them on the front side. The dealer said that the replacement parts on the caps are all priced from the supplier, and they are ridiculous money. So maybe don't wait.

That is a nice cap, and I am jealous of the set up with those windows. I have a lot stuff along the inside of my bed and the ease of being able to pop up the window would make my life a little easier.

Dealer installed TRD dual exhaust system and tonneau cover. Personally installed TRD Pro grille and surround, side mirror caps, and TRD shifter.
Painted the TRD exhaust pipe ends black, and installed a TRD rear sway bar.

Lightly sanded down the pipe and cleaned it with Carpro Eraser. Then used four coats of POR-15 44116 Black High Temperature Paint Flat, waiting 24 hours between coats.

Love that color I’ve seen a few in person and it doesn’t seem to match my wife’s trd pro 4Runner but yours looks like it’s a perfect match. Congratulations.

Interesting, I called for this recall and was put on a list due to them not having the part in stock. If it is just a wire that needs to be moved (as some have suggested) this isn't making any sense.

Literally a 10 minute fix. Shouldn't be any parts required.
