TRD dual exhaust, Rough Country lift kit and too much money spent.
I used @Headlight Revolution for all of my LED lights. Very bright and the service is excellent.

I plan to do the same thing in a few years. Love the twin turbos in the explorer sport we’ve got, but we’re approaching 75k miles and it’s already starting to fall apart.

it’s suppose to keep the surface hydrophobic so easier to clean off dirt and brake dust. You can hose the stuff off easily. Haven’t cleaned it yet though as I just got it on but it does keep it clean longer

I'm considering doing this. When removing the steering wheel, is there a way to mark where exactly it was when reinstalling(tightening it back up).

My wifes 4Runner just turned 65k miles and it has been completely trouble-free. Oil changes only.
I just put tires on it last month but believe it or not... all the original brakes are still on it.
I have new brakes to go on because 65k just seems like it should be time.

Make sure your tires are straight when you take off the steering wheel. For me, that was all I did and everything was aligned when I put it back together. You could easily scribe the steering wheel and the steering wheel column before you take it off as well.

I used gyeon Q2 rim coating ($55 Amazon). It was super easy And did two coats, just took a little bit of time but it’s A one out of 10 in difficulty. I have some aftermarket matte black wheels on my other car and it gets so dirty so quickly. I really wish I thought of ceramic coating them back then.

I love the Diamondback, but wonder how it would do at a materials yard when you want to load rocks, dirt, or mulch. I'm guessing you can't open it all the way and it's probably not easy to remove. Right?

I had one on a previous truck. They are very easy to remove and re-install. The initial setup just takes time. Once that's done, you can remove or re-install it in about 10 minutes with a screw driver and socket.

These trucks look badass with the Diamondback...I should have gone that route

Like the other poster said it's super easy to take off (5 min solo) and put back on (10 min solo) - but you can also disconnect the shocks and fold the front or back panel flat over and strap in down and get access to 40% of your bed with 10 seconds of work. If it's a whole 1/2 yard from a skidsteer then you just take it off, if it's just a couple buckets from a mini excavator then just fold it over flat while loading.

Or you have the option to buy the HD cover which can hold 1600 lbs, make a box you tie down and just put the material straight in there. Doubt many would go this way, but it is an option for those who have bedslides or other objects permanently under the DB.

Tinted it over the weekend, went 20% on the two front windows and 5% on the back. IMO, I went to dark on that back window. Very hard to see :goingcrazy:

Moved the Traction Control switch up next to the Tow/Haul switch and added a USB charging port... then added two switches under the AC controls.
Havent gotten any lights connected to them yet... but wanted to grab them awhile since they are the correct size and from the same seller.

Looking good, a decked system is definitely up there on my priority list for next mods. Looks like you have a bed mat under it, any issues with the drawers sticking or snagging?

The harness would not reach, so I had to cut/lengthen/solder/heatshrink 4 wires. Not a big deal.

Would have been nice if the harness would have reached... but still worth the effort to move it.
