    Today I installed @KTJO 4x4 tailgate lock actuator, tailgate hose clamp mod, Hondo Garage un-holey cell phone mount (not my favorite because you lose functionality of the vent but I had it lying around), and driver side grab handle.

    That's great guys, I'm very pleased to see we are already getting on our way toward this cool addition. Geno make sure to tell Jim he's going to have to order multiple sets of supplies for his own truck. Jim don't know it yet but I'm going to trade him letting him hear my new exhaust once I install it for him to make my skid plate look as cool as yours Geno.

    That is exactly how mine was. Passenger dropped easy, driver didn't. Was your driver side bolt a pain to get in as well?

    Yes, you can't remove the tailgate now without removing the clamp.
    Prior to that you don't need anything to remove the tailgate, just open it and lift out.
