It's rail dust, and I have a small amount on the top of my truck. I bought a product called Iron Free, but have yet to use it...

Go to the detailing section. There is tonnes there and I've learned a lot from those guys.

Quick and easy answer is spray on something like CarPro's Iron X (not sure if how similar the Iron Free you mention is to the CarPro version but I'm assuming it's close) and let it sit for a few minutes. Spray off and then decontaminate with clay, then wash. Then top coat as desired with a sealant or wax.

The Iron X reacts with the iron and dissolves it. You'll see it turn colour which tells you it's reacting. That gets rid of it. You clay to smooth out the paint and removes non-ferrous contaminates that are embedded in your paint and won't come out with a regular wash. Do this once or twice a year.

The bulge fits on pretty well but at the corners a slight gap since its a tight fit. I know others have had issues in the past with worse gaps but i got it as best i could. As far as the gap on the bottom on the bulge edge to the light front surface, yes towards the center b/c that bulge edge is curved and the light is straight.

    Installed the Coachbuilder bumper spacers.
...I know the easier way is to get underneath and remove & loosen the bumper nuts and slide each spacer in one at a time but I could not get my wrenches to fit in there and get the job done, so I took the long way around and pulled the entire front cover off :)

Installed a TRD skid plate I found from a local seller. Took a few weeks to get the right missing hardware because I had to order a few spherical washers from eBay. I couldn’t justify $90 for the hardware kit when all I needed was a few pieces. Found it all for about $17.
