Cali Raised seem to offer really good lights for a decent price, but the fog pods are for off-road use only. They only offer a spot beam with no cutoff and I'm not sure that would be ideal for snow/fog.

 

Hey Ed, I can't say whether white or amber for your specific situation. However, after having both white and amber leds I can answer for you that the amber is better for cutting through any condition outside it being nice out. For example, fog, snow, sleet, rain, dust, ect..... the amber is better since it doesn't reflect off the condition. It cuts thru those non ideal conditions without reflecting. The white will give you more light and are bit brighter when those conditions don't exist. Hence my reason for having both clear and amber leds depending on the condition. Still need to upgrade my amber game just a bit though. A pair of Baja design lp6s or lp9s will get me on point with perfect lighting. Come to think of it, if you go on baja designs website there is plenty of info on there where you can educate yourself about lighting, fields, colors, ect. Hope this helps buddy.

Cali Raised is local to me, I have there 32 stealth mount which has worked great. However, I recently purchased there fog light replacement bracket and pods... I returned them the next day for Baja Designs unit.
Not knocking them at all but for me the pod sticks out way to far. It was an eyesore immediately. Again, visual appeal is subjective but I did snap a pic of how it sticks out because there were no side profile pics to be found before I ordered. Here ya go..

Nice! Mine does stop about 2-3” before the well. And it was about 2 weeks.

Love the FULL coverage, just hate the plastic-y sound of them. Much prefer the Monster mat rubber feel/sound. Is that odd? That said show me how high up they go behind your gas pedal (the needle catch in my truck) and maybe I can get over the sound and get myself some! They look nice.

 

I worried about the same thing at first, but dont notice now.

$33 instead of $160 for the Toyota one, took me all of an hour to install and works perfectly...for anyone who loves DIY projects, this one is def worth it...nothing wrong with the Toyota one, but if ya wanna save some cash this is the way to go...here’s some pics to show how I did it and what I used...attached the charger itself to the underside with silicone sealant and electrical tape (see pics)

 

Finally finished painting and installing my bumper shellz. Pictures dont do the color match justice. It's pretty spot on. 3 coats of 2k clear finished them off. Chrome delete complete.

 

@bmann7 just got it weighed today at Cadman they've got a self service scale that you drive up and have a little phone booth there which you dial the number and they take $15 and they print an official receipt which I've now got to take to my local DOL office for them to update then mail in the refund form.

I bought the spyder led fog lights off Amazon and used the included wiring harness and ran the switch to one of the blanks next to my traction control switch.

Nope, you just drive up and dial on the phone. The one I went to in Issaquah was completely unmanned. I could’ve had a quad on the bed and no one would’ve noticed.
