In my experience the relocation bracket negates the need for adjustable track bar. If you get your track bar back to parallel the stock bar is the appropriate length. If you aren't at parallel your ride will be stiff as the axle will have to push/pull as it moves through the arc. The dr kdss bracket worked great for me, but I don't have much lift in the rear 20241105_112311.jpg

I agree you dont need both. I was just pointing out that Dr KDSS has a Tracbar. How much lift do you have? It looks nice but I dont think you need to be on the top hole unless you went over 3" in the rear. I have 2" springs in the rear and went with the lower hole.

I have about an inch in the back, it is the shorter version of the bracket. The main point is track bar parallel to axle. Wherever that is for you. Before I had parallel the axle was offset and the ride is STIFF.

I couldn't own it because my guess is it gets a lot of attention (I like staying under the radar...lol), but that's a very cool color....Never seen one that color before.

This is unlocking the truck. When you use the turn signals The light will switch to orange.

Bullet Point radar detector mount added to the dash plate. I’m very happy with this solution happy I went with Bullet Point!

Unrelated, but where the hell is the setting to keep it from honking when I unlock/lock? Mine honks instead of the beep and it makes me cringe every morning when it honks right next to the apartment neighbor’s window.

My truck always beeped when locking/unlocking the truck. I took a look at my setting and didn't find anything to control the sound. Take a look at your door setting and see IF "Feedback Tone" does anything?

Sorry I couldn't be more of help. Maybe someone else knows where to change the setting.

Mine has always beeped. Along with every toyota and lexus I have owned has the same beep. I wonder if yours has an aftermarket alarm? Either dealer installed or previous owner perhaps?? Maybe even dealer installed and you overlooked it at time of purchase??

Damn, that was it exactly lol. I leased it new, but I’m weak and the finance guy talked me into the KARR activation at $4/month on the lease.

I didn’t think it had anything to do with anything but starter interrupt, but you made me go check the app and sure enough, there’s a setting for silent arm/disarm and now it’s just the beep.

Added the integral truck pack out mounts , diode dynamics fog light kit along with new color match mustache and TRD grill. Loving the upgrades, the dark chrome grill and mustache looked so out of place to me. IMG_3313.jpg IMG_3309.jpg IMG_3310.jpg

Glad I could help. I was thinking it was the KARR alarm most dealerships install. Thanks for the confirmation.

Just got back from a micro road trip from Lakewood Ranch, FL to Anna Maria Island - it's only about 45 min. The back of the Tundra was completely full of stuff for a fam of 4 + beach gear + tons of food and drinks. Also tried out the new-to-me Yakima Fullswing bike hitch rack. Found it on marketplace for $100. Had it weighed down with 4 bikes, it did fine, it was money well spent. And we actually all rode the bikes once to justify it.

Edit: forgot to mention the bike rack swings out perfectly, even with all 4 bikes on it, so you can open the tailgate even with it fully loaded.

Just ordered an OEM grille like on post #12738 off Ebay.

Have to get the stock plain one off of there.

The one in that post is a TRD Offroad grille.
The one you get from Ebay truly OEM or aftermarket?

I haven't seen any OEM ones on Ebay.

The one I got was a real OEM taken off a truck, so used, but looks great.

Thanks for the clarification. I searched for TRD grille and it would bring up the TRD PRO grille.

Hit a deer 6 months ago and then a plastic skid plate flew up and hit the same spot a few weeks ago. Got tired of the weak plastic bumper so I put on a replacement. Never been a huge fan of them but I love this truck and this is purely functional. Turned out pretty decent.
