stay up there for a week then drive down the next week? sounds like what my uncle had to do for a few years. Except it was weeks on, weekends off.

Not currently mounted as they're getting line X in the morning. I'll post a photo when they're done. Short answer is they have cleats that slide into the factory bed rail and tighten down with 9/16" bolts. Super easy

Love the tires so far. 295/70/18.
Headed to flagstaff now. Everything is good for the most part. 500 miles so far.
They are a little to close to the UCA. I put spidertrax 1.75 spacers on yesterday but had a slight pull to the right. So I've taken them off for the time being and until I can get it realigned.
I may put Bora spacers in .75 instead. And return the spidertrax.

A little of this and a little of that.
Well brothers, I was driving out to my dad's place to install my sliders and they were resurfacing part of the roads. They put gravel on the asphalt, let vehicles pack it in and then pour new asphalt over it. I happened to be driving on it when the gravel was fresh. The oncoming vehicles were kicked a few rocks up on my windshield and a huge rock hit it on the passengers side leaving a nice big quarter sized chip in it and immediately put an 8" vertical crack in it!! I was pissed! Anyway, yesterday it got to be about 88 degrees but my truck lives outside and the heat on the dash was fairly hotter than the 88 outside. The poor windshield cracked another 5"-6". Needless to say I got my windshield replaced this morning. Brand spanking new windshield. Here's a pic of the install.....

Does that count as a mod, lol??? o_O;)o_O;)

Yes. I am grateful for that!! With all the little rocks that were pelting my truck/windshield I thought for sure the paint would be all chipped up. To my surprise I didn't have one ding in the paint!!!:bananadance::bananadance:
