A little of this and a little of that.
Lol, the cooler was empty, used it just to hold up the bar while we adjusted it to see where I wanted it. Neither of us drink but we had a great time trying to figure out everything.

Noticed the lines these retros make on low beam. Doesn't bother me much except they are not level with each other. Is this normal? I tired to raise the passenger side and that's as high as it seems to want to go.

I did not try it yet, but did think about it, which would probably make them level. But I'd like the light to reach out as far as possible, so wanted to raise the passenger first, ha.

They come on with the DRL as mine are always on. Do you want them on even with headlight switch turned off? If so you will need to find a 12v ACC/Run wire.

@TTU19 at this stage, you will only be able to adjust up/down, not L/R.

That looks pretty dead on for what I'm experiencing, so I'll just need to adjust down the drivers side a touch. Thanks for posting that.

Drove down to Myrtle Beach this morning and had my drivers side Oh $hit Handle installed.

By the way does anyone need a Graphite (grey) driver side pillar? Just cover the cost of shipping and it can be yours.

Is your house going to be done next month or are you starting next month? My house will be done in about 2 weeks. Can't wait!

Tentative completion date Jan 10, closing on the 17th. We sold our old house and have been living in a smallish apartment with all of my tools and my servers and stuff in storage.

Glad to hear yours is almost complete! I know the wait is worth it but the last 6 months have been a nightmare for us!

We are in the same boat except we have been at it for 9 months. Small apartment with all our stuff in storage. Terrible! We closed on our construction loan with the bank before we started so I'm not sure how the process goes once the builder is done. I'm hoping we get the CO and we can move in and he can deal with the bank later. Getting real hard, especially since I just left there an hour ago and all we need is final drywall finish and paint. It's like, get it done guys!

I visited mine earlier today too. Cabinets going in today, need countertops, light fixtures, driveway and patio poured, carpet, hardwood, and exterior paint (did a hardboard siding). It's so close. =\

Ours has been longer than 6 months with multiple delays because of permits... But 6 months of actual construction so far. Every time I walk into our shitty little apartment I want to set the whole damn building on fire haha.

Cheers to both of us and our wives for soon not having to hear us #2 because the bathroom is within 15' of anywhere else in the damn place.

Its going to be different case to case, but most builders I know require payment before handing over the keys.

If something were to happen with payment, it could be a nightmare to get you out of there. Also, a new house would be easier to market than a previously occupied house, no matter how long.

I think mine is a little different than the usual. My builder is building on my lot and has already been paid 70% of the contract via two different draws. He is guaranteed the money as long as he completes the house to the banks standards. I'm on the hook for the money either way. No way he could try to sell my house to someone else.

:rofl:We really are in the same boat! We got hit with permit issues at the beginning too. Would have already been living there if that wasn't the case. Lost about 5 weeks.

And my just told me the other day how much she can't wait until she doesn't have to know when I'm taking a shit. Too funny! Apartment life sucks.

Nice, I had mine paint matched MBM, not a big fan of the dull look, but WAY better than chrome!

This was done a few days ago, but here's the interior LEDs having been installed.
The foot-well light doesn't want to seem to fit even though it looks to be right, so I'll have to wait for warmer weather to try it again.
