Awesome, thank you! Are you still rocking the factory halogen map lights and wanted the red?

Did the front diff and t-case drain and fill today, Amsoil 75w-90 in both. Luckily no struggle with the front diff drain or fill plugs but still swapped them out with the Lexus style plugs since I had ordered them a while back. Glad to have that done with as I had been putting it off for a while.

    *Side note:
The front diff drain plug I ordered part# 90341-24016 fit a 14mm socket, I was expecting it to be a 24mm similar to the rear diff drain/fill plugs. Curious if that matches what others have for that same part number?

Yep, 14mm. But there are replacement plugs off Amazon that are a 24mm. I’ve got a couple saved in my cart that are magnetic also

crap! I'm seeing problems now. Hmm.. It worked fine after installing and testing. 4 hrs later and there's problems. Not sure what to do there. I'll post a new thread to see if anyone can help me.

Are you actively towing? And are you sure you plugged everything in completely?

i'm not familiar with the install for this, but sounds to me like you've got a harness not fully plugged in.

Ok nice thank you for confirming, I was just thinking 24mm would be stronger than 14 if it ever seized up like the 10mm hex plugs do, the 14mm looks a little small on a plug that big but only 29lbs torque though so I guess it’s fine.

I did plug it into the wrong plugs the first time and then had to redo the plugs. Maybe that did something, wonder if I can just simply "reset" it with my scan tool.

Most of those systems will auto-reset when a fault no longer exists. You can pull your negative battery terminal for about 15 mins and then plug it back in and try that.

Dumb question - you are 100% sure you bought the one for 2018 and not 2017?
There are some considerable changes to wiring when they added the safety sense system, and if the harnesses fit the same but don't have the same wire pin-outs that would cause issues.

    Yes. 2018-2020.
So I plugged the TPMS t harness into one of the wrong ones near the middle, not the lowest one by the blue Port. I just realized that I plugged in the wrong one after it wouldn't stop or doesn't unlock.

But there was no errors on the dash at that time, even after plug it into the right TPMS port.

I'm scanning it now. I'll try to reset it.

Looks good! How do you like them so far? What brand? Also, in channel or adhesive on the outter trim of the door?

I have the weather techs but noticed there are a few options some for carpet and some for rubber flooring. Maybe check the packaging to make sure they’re for protecting carpet. My front driver and passenger side mats have the “grippy” things on the bottom which are actually pretty sharp and two locking twisty things to keep them from sliding. They don’t budge at all. Hope this is helpful!

So I have the flat black ones (just as yours is pictured). The flat black ones can come off just like the painted or chrome ones? If this is true I am an idiot. Thank you for enlightening me haha I thought I’d have to get some sort of overlay or swap out for different mirrors. Just got my first tundra so I’m new to this. Geeking out on all the forums for upgrades and learning a lot. By the way, your Badges look good too

Unplug negative terminal for 20 minutes, that did not solve the problem. Trying to reset the system with my launch elite but it's taking forever to load.

Anyone here who lives in Los Angeles and has a supercharger in their 2.5gen tundra? I’m interested in getting one and just like to hear your experience with it. Thanks

Thanks. Yeah, I’m more interested in seeing if anyone near me would be willing to let me test drive his/her supercharged tundra, so I can know if it’s worth the upgrade or not. I’d like to feel the drive and compare the differences between stock and the upgraded setup.

I know, deep down, you KNOW its worth it...what's not to like about 100+ extra horsepower with no downsides? Same fuel efficiency, more umph! It completely changes the truck into a brand new smile on your face! Experiencing it in person surely has merit, tho. Check the FB forum and youll.likely have more responses in locality.

Yeah I’m sure you’re right. I want to believe it’s worth it, only need to test drive to truly know. I know it’s not apples to apples when comparing this, but I got the OTT tune for my tundra and thought it was going to change the feel of the drive like it did for my 3rd gen Tacoma; however, the tune itself the changes were so minor that I could hardly feel a difference in the Tundra. I didn’t feel the oomph like I did when I had my Tacoma tuned.

Do you know the Facebook forum I can try asking? I don’t use Facebook much.

I've got Weathertechs all around. the Floorliner HP models. there's no movement. You could install several large strips of the HOOK side (the firmer side) of velcro on the bottom of your mats and that should help on the carpet.
