It can give lift and/or prevent sag and sway. Have had it for 3 years.

Did you get the HD one?

have you had to adjust it at all depending on use?

still happy with it and would recommend?

For me I was going to use for towing and give maybe 0.5-1 inch of rear lift if my front level looks weird later.

Did you need new upper control arms with a 1.5-2 inch level lift?

I’ve read mixed reports of when it’s needed for a level.

I.e. 2 inches or greater or 2.5 inches or greater

Factory UCA will work just fine with 1.5-2” unless the coilovers specifically need something for more space.
The TRD Pro comes leveled (2”) and has standard factory UCAs

I also have the HD RAS set to the lower setting with about 30k miles of use. I absolutely love it and recommend it. My bed is normally pretty empty and the truck rides and handles great. When I'm fully loaded or towing, I don't need to do anything to the RAS and it does what I expect. I've had my bed filled with dirt and/or mulch multiple times since the RAS and its sooo much nicer to drive since you can hit bumps and take turns and the truck feels pretty much normal. You can tell you are loaded but you don't porpoise or feel massive leans.

Ok awesome, that was my plan.

I didn’t know that about the TRD pro models and UCAs. Thank you!

In the event I go higher with my lift, I have the Eibach pro truck 2 (adjustable 0-2.75 inch) and I need UCAs, any you would recommend?

Awesome, I’ll definitely need to check them out. Would it be ok with a rear TRD sway bar?

You can run both together. @TacomaTRD4x402 ran both for a bit

I replaced my rear sway bar with the RAS and like the RAS more. The RAS limits body roll almost as much as the rear bar, but I like that it lets the sides articulate independently which for me gave a smoother ride in day to day life when dealing with poorly maintained roads.

They say 2.5" is the max, but I've seen people get 3" out of the factory ones. All depends on how good your alignment guy is with playing the game. If you're truly looking to max out those coilovers, I'd look at a set of UCAs made for that sort of height.

@StevetheBreeze The 2020 SR5 non-JBL gets navigation through AA/Craplay by plugging in the USB cable or using a wireless device such as the Motorola MA1.

The maps button is what brings up the AA/Carplay nav screen when you have your phone plugged in for AA or carplay.

Does anyone with an 18-21 model know how/if it’s possible to make the blinkers glow with the DRL? I see it on the 14-17 with the added LED harness, but not on mine. IMG_7321.jpg IMG_7322.jpg

For an 18-21 I have no idea. I know for my 16, when I added Pro LED lights & iHacker's harness, I had to cut a ?yellow? wire to disable the amber running lights. Not that that helps here :)

I had the RAS for about 50k on my last truck and loved it. It's next on the list for this truck.

    Thanks @RobertD :fistbump:
@Tundrav82019 my Tundra came with the TRD front and rear sways. I really liked how it made the truck handle on turns. I installed the RAS and kept the sway bar on for a few months. So yes you can run both together. I eventually picked up a really bad squeaking sound and narrowed it down to the rear sway bar. Took it off and been running just RAS since and not sure if I'll go back to the sway bar again. Might end up listing it for sale soon.
Try to find one local on Marketplace or OfferUp rather than buying one brand new, you might end up uninstalling it eventually and just stick with the RAS.
