Today I started to install new Alpine speakers in my tundra. Got the dash in and one door complete and the other three tomorrow. Can’t say enough about Trail Grid Pro and their plug-in play kits. They are utterly flawless. Customer support is fantastic and you can’t go wrong with Alpine. Next will be the head unit but I’m gonna wait a month I think so I can decide on 9 or11 for the halo screen size. Check them out.

The best phone mount I’ve found is wireless car play. My phone goes down in the slot to the right of cup holders as soon as I get in the truck. And I live in Florida, so anything that might in the slightest way block an AC vent is 1000% out of the question!

Carrier Bearing drop installed and mounted the ditch lights (not wired to switchpro yet).

Stuff is coming along... Need to mount the chase lights and finish doing the electrical for switchpro, mount and wire the front camera, install the frac wiring, mount the rago dash plate.

little steps... as my energy allows.

At what point is a carrier bearing drop recommended? Is there a certain height in the back or front?

Been eyeballing these cans for some time.

How many actual deflate/inflate cycles can one expect to experience?

Depends on the size bottle he runs a 15lb I run a 10lb. 30-40 tires I’d guess for my usecase I also don’t often air down lower than 26- 28psi and fill to 33-35. I still have dual arb compressors under the driver seat as back up.

Front/rear diff and transfer case flush. First owner over torqued both drain plugs and I threw the kitchen sink at extracting them.. took about 2 hours to remove both bolts. Ended up going Valvoline 75w-90 in the diffs and Liqui Moly 75w GL4 in the transfer case.

I agree with this statement! Pro Clip may cost a little more, but I think they are worth it. Have one in the Tundra, Gx460 and my F150 Company Truck

I have 2 x 22" Lasfit bars fitted inside the grill. The placement and alignment were tricky but the result is stunning.

What are your local laws about forward facing lights, or should I say how many you can have?

White lights are indeed very good for open spaces (I installed a Lazer 16 for that purpose) and yours are obviously better than mine. But when driving on tracks in dense woods or in unlit narrow suburbs roads, as I did in Africa, I feel that powerful amber lights are much more efficient. I even changed the OEM fog lights against SS3 MAX amber ones and the ditch lights are amber. And I converted the electrical wiring harness to allow switching on all amber lights without any white ones on.
