Those look nice. My leather seats are starting to rip at the seams in a few spots. Which seat covers did you go with?

I bought my 2016 new and it was a TSS. Unless you're referring to some other TSS acronym...

Tss as in toyota safety sense, referring to the crash sensor in the front grill among other safety nannies I believe is what he is referring to.

For those of you with factory leather seats, is there anything like a leather conditioner I can put on my seats that will make them not so "slick". Just feels like my ass and back slide all over the place. I don't won't them sticky just maybe softer. Hopefully you all know what I'm talking about.

Was the safety sense around in the tundra in 2016? I think TSS in 16 was southern states package with aftermarket 20" wheels and some had the TSS sticker on the bed. I could be wrong. I bought a 17 brand new and it didn't have any of the safety sense stuff, I believe it came along in 18.

My 2015 is a TSS edition (Toyota Sport Series) and, yes, it had the 20" alloy wheels, bed decals, black oval step tubes, stainless steel exhaust tip, and custom carpet floor mats.

I did it on my 8 year old leather seats. Brought it from hard/slick to softer and healthier feeling. Clean the seats(I did a basic Adam’s interior cleaner) then the rejuvenater. I believe the bottle says to do it biannually too so it lasts. You can top it off with the conditioner as well but I was happy with the results without it

Yeah - there’s the “TSS” Toyota Sport Series package offered by SE Toyota distribution (essentially port installed add-ons) with certain accessories and bed stickers, and there’s “Toyota Safety Sense” that is the name Toyota uses for all of the added (factory core features) cameras and sensors associated with the “nannies” as some people call them. When they added the safety sense stuff to the tundra in 2018 it involved some significant changes to the wiring, ECU, instrument cluster, etc. from the previous models.

Went out to do some desert shooting yesterday and drove through some nasty cow poo mud - when I got home and hosed off the truck, it felt like that scene in Tommy Boy...

I clean my seats with Meguires Ultimate Leather Detailer Spray and condition it with Leather Honey. The Leather Honey makes the leather feel softer and feel kind of grippy. I like it.
