Ok, so I got the truck recently with these mud tires on it. 80 % of my driving (20,000/yr)is all interstate. These tires are horrible on the road but they were in good shape so I figured I'd use them up. The back ones are pretty bald now and I want to replace them. Would like to go to 18 in rims but I don't really know what will fit under there? Any suggestions?

If you're not going offroad much, I'd go with a slightly taller 255/75R17 non e-rated SUV tire. Firestone Destination T2 might be an option, or something similar. This will lower your gearing a bit, but lighten up the overall wheel/tire package, and you'll probably get pretty good mileage out of them as well.

265/65r18’s will be almost the same size as what you have on there now, which I assume is 265/70r17’s.
