I am looking into adding some additional modifications to my tundra and was wondering what everyones personal opinion would be for their top 5 mods for either functionally or aesthetics they have added to their Tundra.

All depends on what you do with your truck. Im stationed in the desert and use my rig as more of a traditional truck. A lot of guys use theirs for over landing, strictly off roading etc.
Because of my needs, the first things I did was Line-X, rear diff mod, 6112/5160 setup and loaded the storage with tools/emergency equipment. Nothing sexy, but it sure is nice to be the prepared one who always has tools/supplies available to do immediate repairs.

I've only done a handful of things, so this should be pretty easy, and I've not done the lift/tires/wheels yet.

Retro Headlights, TRD Pro grill, Katzkin Leather, ESP Storage, Huskey Floor liners. Then a plus one: USB charger in center console.

    Depends on what you want/need

    1. 3/1 suspension level (slight trail and trips to hunting/fishing spots plus it looks awesome!)

    2. AT tires (see above)

    3. Under seat storage (I carry a good bit of tools and straps/rope around)

4.auxilary backup lights (backing up in the country SUCKS)

    5. Wheels (I got the stock steelies....they be ugly!)

1-5: cheap DIY-----bed mount bottle opener for those times you need a beer break from working on your truck, dealing with a pissed off wife, chilling over a nice scenic view, shooting the shit with your family/brother/buds, good convo piece!

Gun mount - better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

LED interior - for those times you need to find a damn tool in pitch black darkness. The stock cab lights don't do jack.

'Cause I can't afford one yet. Once I do that, I'll bet it goes to the top of the list.

Top five is just about everything I have so far

    1. TRD Exhaust: :burnrubber: Need I say more?
    2. TRD Pro grille: Gotta look good! Definitely looks better than all of the chrome.
    3. Deck rail system: Very useful tool for securing items in the bed and having extra tie down locations. There are also plenty of accessories to add to it like bike mounts, etc.
    4. AMP power steps: I absolutely love these steps! They are a pretty penny but worthwhile IMO.
    5. LED interior/exterior replacement bulbs: Night and day difference from stock to LED, also one of the cheaper mods you can do.

Gosolo, did you install the fuel tank yourself? If so, did all the factory connectors hook right up to it? And stock sending unit?

-Winch for dragging dead animals during hunting season and saving my ass when stuck.
    -TRD sway bar for handling.
-UCA's absorbs hard hits pretty well, very noticeable.
    -ESP storage.
-BDS lift, makes driving through collapsed and washed out roads easier. Still occasionally bottom out though.
