So I was finally able to instally my 10" Stainless this past weekend. Love the sound! When I installed it I looked under with it running and noticed no leaks, but was really only looking at the joints. Tonight I was doing some other stuff to the truck and figured after some miles on it seating in I'd see if any leaks developed. There is nothing at the joints, but I noticed one of the welds is not sealed completely and leaking. I only noticed it because it was dark out and the reflection from water coming out caught my flashlight.

So my question is, what should I do? I don't think it is big enough to warrant removing and sending back. I would do something like JB weld but honestly have no experience with it (especially on painted surfaces). Would best bet be sand down the area surrounding, put some JB weld on, and re-paint? Any other suggestions?

I wouldn’t J.B. weld it, I would real weld it. Someone who can TIG can fix that in 2 minutes

Take to a muffler shop. Have them throw a small bead on it. Have them call me for a credit card. It’s on me. That ain’t supposed to happen. A leak that small won’t hurt anything. But it ain’t right. Call me ahead of time so I’m ready for their call. 760-877-4234

 That's some damn customer service! Thank you!

I'll take a look around and see what's available around me, I will let you know before taking it in. I believe there's a shop close to me that could do it but may not be until early next week. Also thanks for the reply @tmart .

Now that’s a MAN who stands behind his WORK/ Product!!

I already planned on @dirtydeeds exhaust for my next mod once I get back on my feet
( literally) from recent foot surgery. Not that I had any question on the quality of @dirtydeeds products - but this level of backing up your product/ customer service is
    OUTSTANDING!!!

Can’t wait till I can get it done !!

Keith is DaMan hands down for sure. Something that small I would not worry about depending on your location (climate, in-climate weather, etc.) but if there is a lot of moisture I would worry about rust but it is stainless. Not sure if JB Weld would stand up to the temps of the exhaust.
