would anyone be interested in a WKOR sliders group buy with local pick up in Apple Valley ? I'm hoping we could save a bit more than website price if we pick up and multiple purchases at once. Maybe we could even have a guy go pick the sliders there and bring them back to LA/OC. We would chip in for his/her time/gas. Just thinking out loud.

myself would be 0.188 DTOM, powdercoated, crewmax size, no plates.

I don't know how receptive WKOR would be; they seem to have no trouble selling at regular price... and now have a 12-14+ week back log. But it will be A Great Thing if you can get one going.

I'd be interested for my DC depending on cost and timeline. I live in Yucaipa, I'd be down to pick up/drop off with my trailer

Not to sidetrack the slider talk but I wanted to give y’all a heads up on this years San G (Big Bear) TW trip in September (9/20-9/22).
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/5th-annual-san-g-trail-runs-tw-family-reunion-9-20-22.609827/
It’s the one trip we do at a campground, up side is there’s facilities for the ladies, downside we’re parked on pavement not dirt lol.

Lots of spots are already booked so we can take over the whole campground, the thread has been up for a couple days and we already have half the campground.
    6FAEA4B7-F061-47A7-B653-BA7B80D33062.jpg

    This was last year -
    EF6464B6-0E8E-4036-94FF-2E3FA7CD1519.jpg

Awesome people, it’s Big Bear so tons of trails in all difficulty levels, last year there were giveaways from headstrong off road and Cali raised led.

I highly recommended booking a site early
    1 - so it’s done
2 - so non forum people don’t book sites for a nice quiet weekend away and we keep them up all night :drunk:

    JUST AN FYI...
Our ever so "wise" president has taken his border stuff to a Ho-Nudder-Level. They now have extra checkpoints setup at the SD border to search vehicles going INTO mexico. Used to be you just waived and cruised on through... No more though.

I bring this up for two reasons:
#1 - You could have some longer wait times.
#2 - Won't affect all of you, but I know some of my buddies used to bring "stuff" that is legal in CA into Me-he-co for personal use while they were there. This is now a BIG risk.
